Delivery details and lead times.

I have noticed that some people have been searching for details on delivery. 

Our quoted lead times are 7-10 working days to dispatch the canvas from receipt of the images. (For the photo montage product, you will receive a link once you have ordered the montage, to upload your images to us. The lead time for photo montage starts once you have successfully sent these images through)

We are currently turning the orders around quicker than is lead time (the average is 5 working days)

We dispatch the parcel to the UK destinations using the Courier DX secure. We are using a 24 hour dispatch service.Your tracking code will be in your order details. The website to track the orders is www.thedx.co.uk. 

For Northern Ireland, highlands and Ireland we are using Hermes.

For Europe and other countries we are using various couriers such as , Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD, Hermes, UPS, FedEx.
