Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time at Bank Holidays. We have a company shutdown over the Christmas period.
For UK deliveries we currently use the shipping courier UPS or Parcelforce 
The delivery timescale is 24 hours

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For UK deliveries this is £7.95. 
For Northern Ireland Orders we sometimes use Hermes. Tracking website https://www.myhermes.co.uk/tracking-results.html&

Please note: Samples and Desktop Canvases are shipped via Royal Mail. We obtain proof of shipment but these items are not tracked.

For European Deliveries Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For European deliveries the delivery charge is £17.50
Delivery time to European Destinations is 3-5 working days.

For Worldwide Deliveries Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For Worldwide deliveries, the delivery charge is £30.00
Delivery time to Worldwide Destinations are 5-7 working days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Black Sheep Design  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The appropriate paperwork is supplied with the order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can sometimes occur, but if you do not receive your items in the specified delivery times, there could be a problem. Please contact us immediately as the sooner we chase the order the better. ?

Damages
www.black-sheep-design.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
