Refunds/Returns Policy

As all Black Sheep Design orders are of a bespoke nature (this includes both uploaded images and gallery images which are printed to the consumers requirements), any items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may NOT be refunded.

We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.

Any items which have arrived damaged/faulty will be exchanged FOC. To qualify, please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24hrs of the item arriving. Photographic evidence may also be requested if fault due to quality purposes.

Products supplied as self-assembly, please check your canvas before assembling, as replacement frames will NOT be provided, if a fault is found.
