Banksy Graffiti Canvas

A piece of artwork created by Banksy in bright red paint features a stencilled rat which has appeared in many of his previous creations.This image appeard on a wall on the corner of Clipstone Street and Cleveland Street at the end of a row of shops and next to the BT Tower. Caption reads " IF GRAFFITI CHANGED ANYTHING - IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL"
